Cooking Classes

Immerse yourself in the world of Tuscan cuisine and learn about our wines through the cuisine of this area. Learn how to make typical savoury dishes such as “pici” (handmade pasta, Montepulciano style), Tuscan “sugo all'aglione” (tomato garlic sauce), pecorino flan with swiss chard puree, “torta della nonna” and many other dishes. Enjoy a glass of wine while you're cooking!

Our exclusive cookery classes are available from Monday to Friday and are taught by one of our own winery chefs. They are designed for 4-8 guests, but single individuals or couples should contact us to check availability.

We privilege organic ingredients and seasonal produce. Many vegetables and fruits come from our own garden.

Reservations are required.
