Bottling Avignonesi Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2010
We've done it. The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano has been bottled. It's a noisy business: glass bottles rumble down the conveyor belt, the big machine picks them up, washes them, aligns them with the corks, fills them and corks them, while our workers stack them in their crates and forklift the crates to storage. Watching this process, you can't help but appreciate the synchronicity between man, machine and earth: our understanding and respect for the earth and its vines combined with the right use of machinery allows us to produce an amazing product.
