Hands-on cooking classes with
wine and food pairing at Fattoria Le Capezzine
Avignonesi's initiative is dedicated to the
Tuscan cooking tradition and its wines.
We now offer you the opportunity to learn about
food and wine pairing while also learning the
secrets of the Tuscan Table. Our one-day classes
are conducted by our Chef Luca Biancucci and a
professional sommelier.
Classes consist of:

Guided tour of the cellars.

Cooking class at the winery’s kitchen.
Participants will actively prepare the food,
from the starters to the dessert.

Lunch at the Common Table including wine appreciation;
the
different courses are paired with the
Avignonesi wines.
Cooking Classes are held in the morning (the
Lunch schedule) only.
