"Occhio di Pernice"

- Grapes: Prugnolo Gentile.
- Ageing: in caratelli (13 gallon barrels) for 10 years.
- Refinement in bottles: 6 months.
- Alcohol content: 15% vol.
- Serving temperature: 16°C.
- Bottle: 0.375 lt.
- Packaging: 3 bottles wooden case.

Characteristics: amber in colour, its bouquet is very intense persistent and complex, reminiscent of dried fruits, spices and vanilla; its taste is fullbodied, persistent and thoroughly unique.

Occhio di Pernice is a great sweet wine and it should be sipped on its own, in small quantities but in large, wide glasses.
