- Grapes: 85% Prugnolo Gentile, 10% Canaiolo Nero,
- 5% Mammolino.
- Ageing: in oak barrels for 18 months.
- Refinement in bottles: 9 months.
- Alcohol content: 13% vol.
- Serving temperature: 18°C.
- Bottle: 0.375 lt. - 0.750 lt. - 1.500 lt.

Characteristics: Vino Nobile is garnet red in colour; its bouquet is delicate and intense, with a slight scent of violet; the taste is dry with a hint of tannic.

Serving suggestions: this important wine is ideal with roast and grilled meat, game and mature cheeses.
