Living Ecosystem

Avignonesi is a 310-hectare ecosystem between Montepulciano and Cortona. Vineyards, woods, olive groves and people share the same seasonal rhythm.

Production, hospitality and distribution are part of a single system. An ecosystem lives over time: it adapts, transforms and regenerates.

Regenerative by Nature

We farm organically and biodynamically because the soil is not a resource to exploit, but a living organism to accompany. To regenerate means to improve the conditions we inherit.

We sow, observe and intervene with restraint. La Stella is our most recent project, a vineyard designed to respond to climate change and increase biodiversity over time.
